A fair is held on the full moon days of Hindu calendar months Chaitra and Kartik and on tenth day of second half of Maghashirsha. The temple is enormously crowded with pilgrims during these fair times. Apart from the Parshwanath temple, Shankheshwar town has several other Jain temples too like Agam Mandir, Shree Rajendrasuri Navkar Mandir, Kalapurnam Smriti Mandir, the Gurumandir.
